Aseptizer CW650 IO ISOLATION

Convert an existing room into a controlled isolation area.

ASEPTIZER CW650 IO combines controlled exhaust, negative pressure, H14 final filtration, UVC, UVION atmospheric plasma, air conditioning, and room pressure monitoring in a compact system.
No construction required for installation! Does not interrupt the operation of actively used areas!

Hygienic Isolation Ambient Air Decontamination and Pressure Management Platform

Aseptizer
Operating principle

Air direction is the invisible boundary of isolation.

In negative pressure use, the target air direction is from the corridor or adjacent area into the isolation room. Room air is processed inside the room in a controlled manner by the CW650 IO. In addition, decontaminated, safe clean air required for negative pressure is exhausted to the outside environment.

The pressure difference is not created by fan capacity alone. Room airtightness, door movements, existing diffusers, and the exhaust line are evaluated together.

  1. An air direction from the adjacent area into the room is created.
  2. Room air is drawn into the multi-stage treatment line.
  3. Filtered air is supplied to the controlled exhaust route.
  4. Room pressure is monitored by sensors; supported by alarms and fan control.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before an Isolation Room Project. Frequently Asked Questions

CW650 IO is an isolation room usage project. Therefore, performance cannot be evaluated separately from installation conditions.

No. CW650 IO provides the necessary air management components. The layout of CW650 IO should be evaluated together with the room envelope, door arrangement, exhaust point, usage procedure, and on-site verification.

In many existing rooms, a more limited intervention is aimed for compared to extensive central HVAC renovation. However, exhaust ducting, electrical work, condensate drainage, room airtightness, or diffuser arrangement may be required.

Giving a single maximum room value is not technically correct. Room volume, target ACH, exhaust requirement, thermal load, duct losses, door traffic, and room airtightness must be calculated together.

An optional configuration can technically be offered. However, the clinical room function should not be changed without facility risk assessment, duct and exhaust control, cleaning, user procedure, and recommissioning.

No. The H14 filter is the system's high-efficiency particle retention component. The ISO 14644 room class is verified by measuring particle concentration in the completed area and cannot be derived from device flow rate alone.

Calendar time alone is not sufficient. Differential pressure, filter load, operating hours, device alarms, and manufacturer maintenance instructions are taken together as the basis.
